Did anyone discover the hidden message running on the bottom of the pages of this book?

I chanced upon it by mistake, but I spent a good hour or so decoding it. Was a lot of fun!

I always wanted to, but the ones I read were library copies so I never had enough time.
OF COURSE! I've read the whole thing! I used the artemis fowl files 2 decipher it

I am fond of codes in theory but am quite hopeless at them in practice. How did you decode it - frequency analysis?
its long to decipher but some is of people and others is of the hidden world that is both above and bellow
