Merge editions AND title question

Could someone please merge The Christmas Plains with Dakota Christmas? I'm a librarian but I'm not exactly sure how to do this and I don't want to mess up anything.

Also, I'm not sure why the title is listed as Dakota Christmas when everything listed in this book I'm holding says The Christmas Plains.

I checked the publisher directly, and it is the Christmas Plains (as per the cover, too) so I updated it and COMBINED it with the other one.

I'm not sure about the Kindle editions though so I will have to leave them as Dakota Christmas. Perhaps the title changed at some point.

I looked into this as well and I think it was originally self-published under the title "Dakota Christmas", but the big publisher appears to have erased all links between the new book and the original, if so.

Actually, looking into it further, "Dakota Christmas" is a short story which was expanded into the book "Christmas Plains", so I've separated them again.
