Young Adult debut or first in a series

Members nominate and vote for a Young Adult debut author or the first book in a series. You can nominate up to two titles.

General Rules:
1. Books that have been read as a GR can not be nominated again. The only exception to the rule is if the book is part of the Group Series read. (Check Group History page check here
2. Authors are no longer allowed to nominate their books. We've had too many hit and runs. (Authors who aren't active in the group only participating to nominate their books.)
3. Keep the reads paranormal themed.
4. If the book title and the author's name are not typed out they will not make it on to the polls. (It is just too time consuming to try and do the polls hunting for the books.)

Schedule:

I want to take back my nomination of Fated Truth, I was only partway into it when I nominated, as I was under the impression this was a YA (sure wish I knew where you could go that will tell you what age group and genre a book is) and even though the main character is a senior in HS, is NOT YA, as i just got to an erotica type sex scene, it had me blushing as I do not read that kind of book with that kind of sex in it.
Its still a good book, just wish it didn;t get that graphic.

I nominate Welcome to the Darkness instead, its YA for sure
