Ratings detail box not updating

Hello there,

I've noticed that when I expand the ratings detail box on my book (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...), it has not updated for several weeks. There are 92 ratings listed in the summary, but the actual breakdown is only showing around 70. Is this a bug or does it only update every x reviews?

This needs to be reported in the Feedback group. Librarians have no control over the ratings info.

Use the "Refresh book rating stats" option on the edit page.

Sorry, I don't see the instructions in the librarian manual anywhere. But Banjomike described it well :) Afterward, just check that the ratings did refresh (I find sometimes they go to 0 instead).

I went off and refreshed it myself. Turns out you don't need to be a librarian to do it, which I thought was the case.

And now over in the feedback section, they are saying you need to hit refresh twice . That sometimes the first refresh this clears things and then the second actually refreshes.

Sheesh, just writing this I'm thinking I need to go and make a more easily spottable topic.

If you are the author of a book you will have librarian status over it. This is one of the selling points of being a Goodreads Author.
