Hi! My name is Courtney and I live in Chicago. It's hard to pick just one favorite so here's two: The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield and The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett.
Hi folks! My name is Casi and I live here in the Philippines.. :) I really like the idea of turning books into a moving picture so I really like J.K. Rowling and her Harry Potter series.. as well as Stephenie Meyer and her Twilight Saga. I also like The Alchemist of Paulo Coelho, The Vampire Diaries of L.J. Smith and when it comes to mysteries or suspense.. I'll go for Sidney Sheldon. :)

It's more fantasy to me. I do tend to lean more on the side of mysteries, but have been reading a lot of biographies lately, too. Like I said, I really just love a good story, no matter what the genre. :o)

Some favorite authors are Sue Grafton, Stephen King, Bryce Courtenay, Richard Russo, Dean Koontz, Robert Sawyer, John Varley, Michael McGarrity (LOVED "Hard Country"), Ken Follett, Jeffrey Archer. I read almost all fiction genres and enjoy any book that's well written. I also enjoy reading memoirs. I particularly liked The Glass Castle by Walls.
