Hi all! If you're looking to get lost in a world a little different from the current trends, this is for you. This is an imaginative story of a kid with big dreams of becoming a great artist, but his future lies elsewhere. An adventure story with a hint of fantasy, a bit of humor and lots of twists - the sort of story where things happen that you never would have guessed but only draw you farther and farther in.I hope you enjoy it, so far everyone that's read it has.
For the first three that post their reviews, you'll get a treat from me - Through Worlds and Hearts. This book of short stories has a few that you will laugh out loud, a few that will make you think about the world we live in and the things that have happened and could happen, and a few that will chill you like a rock dropped in a lake. I love writing short stories, and this book crosses all genres - romance, sci-fi, fantasy, historical fiction, and contemporary.
Alright, if you have any questions let me know and I will do my best to answer them :)
I would love to do this but am doing another RTR so the 3 week deadline would be tight... Anthony if you do this again in the future I'll be glad to do it

Awesome Farah, and I am really glad to hear that you don't normally read this genre. I have some theories about the factors of cross-genre appeal and from looking at your favorite books and some of your reviews it sounds like your opinion will be very insightful and helpful to me on this topic. :)
A big thank you to all participants and a special thank you to Anthony Briggs for offering up his book! Enjoy!
I am finished with the book :)If anyone would like to read my review please follow the link below:

Thank you! I'm starting on it today!
Just finished!! Here is my review. http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...Enjoyed it. :) Thanks so much!
Great review Cindy! You are the second to finish and post a review, so I am sending you a copy of Through Worlds and Hearts. Hope you enjoy it as much as the novel ;)
Don't forget to post the link to your review here once done. Failure to post by the 26th (giving an extra day due to Christmas) will exclude you from further R4R's.
Thanks, Mzmazz! Very interesting review. Regarding your comment about the requirement of an astute YA reader, there are indeed mysteries that could be difficult to solve, some for which the only clue is a single line, others which no character has answered yet. I wanted to plant a few things to be discovered in reread by the light of subsequent events, but its a balancing act. Too much of that without explanation or ties is just random. There are two particular characters that make minor appearances in this book that concerned me in this way. Both may seem forgettable in this book but their brief actions will (hopefully) fit like the teeth in the gears coming together turning in a great system. I did this because one experience I enjoy when reading is realization. That "Ahh, so that's why..." moment. You're the first person to comment about the turtle. :) I won't say anything about that.
As you're the third to post a review, I'm sending you a copy of Through Worlds and Hearts. Based on your review, I think you might like it.
Dear AnthonyThanks for your kind words and for the book, which I'll have time to get into over the winter holidays. You must let me know when the second book in the Tales of Yod is due to be released, as I look very much forward to following Nick's further, if rather moist *giggle* adventures.
Reviews are due today, being with the holiday, I will extend submissions to tomorrow. For those that do not post the links to their reviews, you will be unable to participate in future R4R's.
