Experience: I am currently the head moderator of three groups that I founded, have taken over five other groups and am now the head moderator of those groups, and am moderators and/or co-head moderators in three more. I am efficient when running groups and am able to keep up with all activity, as well as monitor for illegal activity, both by the rules of the group, Goodreads, and the law, as well as mediate certain sessions that call for extreme relation to lore, timeline, storyline, relationships, ruling, and others. I can keep the group organized, maintain lore and storylines exceptionally, and I am able to introduce new ideas, topics, plot twists, and storyline arcs efficiently without causing too much confusion and/or chaos. I can retain and moderate the significance and importants in a character's role and lore relations, as well as moderate their power and restrictions in their character. I am proficient at handling situations that cause tension to arise between two (or more) other members (but lack in such an ability when I am personally involved) efficiently and fairly to where all members involved remain with the group and both are either satisfied or, at the least, can reach an agreement and/or avoid any farther sessions with each other that are uneccessary, if required by such lore and/or storyline relations that require their interaction(s). I am able to monitor "spam" and can perform clean-ups every set time incriment (if appoved and appointed by the head moderator with permission) efficiently to where I can remove uneccessary posts that are not significant to the roleplay as a whole or the individual session and allow more space and clarity for significant posts (even if purely "spam") without causing tension between the posters and any others (if not myself), as well as myself. I am on nearly every day (given Internet is available without such restrictions [my school now blocks it, so, during those times, I am unavailable]), so I am nearly always present to handle any situation and keep activity flowing, as well as respond efficiently to others.
What you can do to help: As stated in my experience, I can help with the development of plots, lore, and the storyline. I can moderate and enforce the rules of the group, Goodreads, and the law (if neccessary), and normally very effectively and efficiently to where the group rarely loses any members due to such enforcement, as well as mediate for tension in the group and handle situations that arise in relation to conflictions of lore or storyline significance within characters. I can keep topics clean of spam and I can keep up with activity in the group and remain available for the most part of the day to handle any problems that arise and keep activity flowing, as well as prevent sessions from dying, and the roleplay, itself.
