is the cover the same as the kindle edition? if not then you will need to post a link to a non bookseller for the cover or upload to your additional photo section on your profile and some one can pick it up from there

Thanks for adding. I can see the book from your link, but I can't find it on my author dashboard. Is that right? It should be the some cover, but I can't figure out how to add that.

You will not see it on your dash board, the default one you see is the one most shelved which at the mo is the kindle edition.
