Sérgio | 462 comments Please suggest a graphic novel (only one) for our 13th Book Club discussion (during the month of January). You can send it until a week from now.

After that a poll will be set up during a week for us to decide what we will discuss next.

Here's the link to our bookshelf if you want to see all the books we have previously read:

Seconding this! You knew I would, right, Sam?

Oh, I do want to re-read Midnight Nation though....

Sam Quixote (samquixote) Sure did, Anna. It's time to bring this book to a wider audience!

Corinna (corinna_s) | 2 comments A Flight of Angels by Rebecca Guay

I ordered this book for the art of Rebecca Guay (hopefully I'm getting it in a few weeks). Her art pieces are so beautiful and are perfect for the mythology and fantasy worlds that they portray (she did illustrations for rpg games). I can't wait to see this up-close. :)

Hi Meran. Since we the first Blacksad book was already suggested maybe it's better to choose another book, so it won't dilute the votes...

About Chew, we already read the first book so I guess it's ok to choose volume 2.

You can only suggest one book. Which one it will be?

Paul | 286 comments Seeing as the movie is coming out pretty soon, what about The Hobbit: Or There and Back Again Adapted by Charles Dixon & illustrated by David Wenzel?

message 19: by Meran (new)

Meran | 115 comments Well then, I vote for Chew, vol. 2. (sorry. Being new means I haven't yet memorized previous reads ;) )

Chew is too good and also too entertaining to ignore.
