i realized that after i spend 15minutes trying to find the captial Unta on the map in my book. i got very annoyed :D

I've had fantasy books where I can't find the place they're talking about, but it's usually because it's too small or just not listed on the map. This series it's literally that it's just not on the map that's given!
Well having read ASOIAF and MBOF, i will definitely go with malazan as a series because although both the series are dark we never diverge from story line in malazan and regarding ASOIAF the less said the better because first martin planned it as a trilogy the nhe increased it to 7 books and now after 5 books I don't think he will be able to wrap everything in 2 books.But malazan each book is unique with Memories of ice and Deadhouse gates being my favorite books.



Yeah, I noticed Malaz is quite small - must be one important island to have the entire series named after it? I can't wait to learn if it does.
