Mitch watches in horror as Synara's cannon went off he felt a tear fall down his face he turned and faced sylvie "we made it to the final 2" he said trying to hold back the tears and hurt he felt another tear go down his face "I don't know if I can do this any more" he said

When Synara’s cannon went, Sylvie looked up at Mitch. After a quick count in her head, it dawned on her that they were the only ones left. They were district partners and if one of them killed the other, they would never be able to truly go back home. But then, a picture of her family during their interviews flashed in her head and she knew that she had to go back to see them again. For what seemed like the hundredth time in the games, she looked around for something to defend herself with, but this time with the intention of killing. The only thing that she could find was the grass that surrounded them. A plan began to form in her head. “Mitch,” she said softly, walking toward him. She had never been good at acting, but this was a life and death situation. “All those years back in district 11, I never thought that it would come to this.” She had never really talked to him back home. She had always been much too busy for friends. “But I can’t kill you. I could never face-“She cut herself off by kicking him as hard as she possibly could in the shins. While he was still in shock, she flipped him over onto his stomach, sat on his back, and grabbed a handful of grass. “I’m sorry,” she whispered, and pulled the grass tight against his throat. After a few agonizing minutes of Mitch thrashing about underneath her, his cannon sounded. She rolled off him and started bawling immediately. Soon, she heard a hovercraft coming over to retrieve her. Still crying, she got ready to leave, not looking back at Mitch’s body. She was dreading the moment that she had to go home but right now, she just wanted to leave this swamp of horrors.

The final three are sent off to a plain full of grass. The grass waves around their waists, and their feet are stuck into a thick muck. In the distant, they can see their opponents. They form the corners of an equilateral triangle all the same distance away from a tall post in the center. Three to be exact.
INSTRUCTIONS:
