Buddy Read All You Can Challenge!!!
Yay! I'm so excited! I have lots of books that I hope people will want to read with me :)

Sure :D I hope I can find some people to read books I already have. I can't spend any more money on books! My hubby's eyes just about popped out of his head when he looked at our bank statement and saw how many books I purchased last month. Oops! I had to distract him because he was going to add it all up. Darn Kindle! $.99 here and $2.99 there doesn't seem like all that much, but it adds up quick! Good thing I have three kids and have learned some mad distracting skills. Otherwise...I'd be toast! Lol XD
Jalyn, Lol! I can relate! I'm so blessed that my husband seems to accept that books count as essential items! I can ony get about 60% of what I want at the library. I'm glad you two like this challenge! Props to Novel! She is so clever :)
My hubby is pretty good about my book purchases usually, but I went a little crazy this month! I warned him this might happen at some point when he bought me my Kindle! Lol :)My library is very small and they almost never have the books I want, but they just hired a new librarian and she's in charge of YA books now, which is good because they only have one shelf front and back with YA and it's not even full. They have more in their digital library, but not that much more. So hopefully I'll be able to buy less and order more soon :)
And yeah, Novel rocks! :D
Jalyn, If you request books, will your librarian bring them in from other libraries in the county? That's how my library works.
Thanks, Jalyn and Greta! I'm hoping to use this challenge so that I can read some of the books on my TBR list...I have more than a hundred unread books on my eBook library!

I'm unclear as to the difference between a Guided Buddy Read and just a Buddy Read. Also, is a review NOT required for the GBR? It's the only one that doesn't mention a review, but maybe that's because I don't know what a GBR is?

if you are joining this challenge, a review is also required for the GBR (A Walk to Remember).
Novel, the guidelines state that we earn 5 points for a GBR. Does that mean for participation in the reading/discussion thread or is that 5 points for the one whose book was selected and is the guide for the book reading?

Ok so I have a question...does a book count if we signed up to buddy read with someone before this challenge, but didn't start the book until December?

Hey Novel, if I do a buddy read such as the
series but I have already read book 1, can I reread and still get credit for book 1, or do I only get credit for books 2 and 3? Or will I get credit at all if I don't read the entire series during the month of December?
Sorry, one more question: I just posted a book that I read alone. Then as I was reading the above I now think that ALL reads for the challenge must be done as a buddy read of some type. Is that right? Gosh, duh, it's a buddy reads challenge. LOL Guess I will have to go remove my book that I just read. Whaaaaa (as Jona would say lol).

Okay, thank you so much! I don't know what happened to my brain. I call it a "brain malfunction." LOL Okay, I probably need to re-read Perfect Chemistry anyway because I think it was a good year ago that I read it...before GR days!

their books, please POST YOUR REVIEWS HERE because the GR Challenge tool wont count it.

I tried this a few years ago and they wouldn't do it, but luckily they do it now :) I have no idea how long it will take to come in though. The librarian didn't even know.

Participants who didn't make it to the top three will still have a chance to win via raffle draw.
