isbn already there, but different cover.

I am currently reading 'The Chrysalids' by John Wyndham, and was attempting to add this book to my currently reading folder.
However the cover of the book I am currently reading is not listed as an option, but the isbn is already in use, same novel but different cover.
Is it possible to have two books showing with the same isbn but diiferent covers? As I am rather anally retentive, and like my covers to be the actual ones I have read.
