I thought this might be a fun topic for people to add to. It could be a sort of game almost. Basically someone posts a book they loved and others can respond with books they think that person will like based off the one they loved.

For example a post might look like: I loved Hunger Games. So someone might recommend me liking Matched or Divergent. The book recommended should not be part of the same series.
