Castor- You have me cracken up LOL! " Little bakers" :D
I liked Mockingjay, But I wanted more from the ending of the book, I kinda felt like Suzanne Collins rushed through the last book. The first one is my favorite out of the 3 Books.

I really preferred the first two, but it was good, really like the ending, I never guess that she will end up with peeta, and have little bakers
The series started out great and went steadily downhill. Just when things were picking up in this one they fast forward to the end. Felt like my kid had gotten ahold of the dvr remote.
I enjoyed the second one most. This one was good - but there were several things that annoyed me the whole time. Not to mention the ending was completely horrible.
Katniss was an enjoyable character, until midway through Mockingjay, where she transforms into this whiny, bitchy, self-centered girl. I really did get tired of all the running away to cry, picking fights with friends and generally her being a dick to everyone who was with her.
All-in-all though, I found it a good book. Not my favorite in the series, but decent enough I guess...

I like it! but I enjoyed more the first and the second! To me, the part when Katniss is in District 13 without Peeta was a little boring....

I gave this book a 2-star rating. The first two, I gave 5 stars... Mockingjay really disappointed me. But hey, it's not my book. The author is free to do whatever she likes. But yeah, definitely was not as good as the first two. This one kind of dragged for most of the book. Nothing much happens, except for filming propos and Katniss screaming in a corner. And the end was way too fast. Katniss was locked up in a room for a couple of days, then everything was resolved without her having to do much of anything.
I was glad she ended up with Peeta.

I though this book was awful! the entire book was just them fighting the same thing over and over. the ending was ridiculous! i feel like the author didn't know where to take the ending so she just dropped gale off the face of the earth and said lets just leave her unhappy with peeta!
@ Brett, you took the words right out of my mouth man!
That is pretty much what I thought.

I cried so much through the last one. I was disappointed at how little Peeta was in the book. And I nearly beat my head in when Finnick and Prim died. I sobbed and declared war on Mrs. Collins. And right after Finnick died, I was so sure Peeta was going to give up. I was so sure she would end up with Gale, and I hated the thought.
My heart was ripped from my chest everytime I turned the page. And once I finished the book, I just cried and stayed depressed for two weeks after. The only thing good in the book was that Peeta and Katniss got together. Also, Haymitch and Effie not getting killed like I assumed they would.
It still tears my heart out to think of Annie raising a baby that Finnick didn't know of. He never got to hold his little baby. *sniff* I'm going to go cry in a corner now.

I was a good book, I just felt that it might have been a bit rushed and might not have be as thought out and well written as it could have been. Don't take my word for it, however. My expectations for this book were high, everyone said that the book was amazing, a life changer, some said. after reading it I didn't like it near as much as I thought I would and I must say I was disappointed.
i enjoyed mokingjay a lot. there were things that i was expecting to happen and a few twists that caught me off guard.
it's interesting sometimes when there are trilogies. OF COURSE book 1 is a great read and that's what sucks you in. book 2 - the bridge book for lack of a better word tends to be 'ok' but maybe not that great. then the final book either gives you what you want or doesn't - but usually has so much to talk about and wrap up that it's much longer.
what i did like though about this one is that it was so descriptive that i felt like i had no choice but to really picture everything that they were doing. i can't wait to see it on the big screen.
