Editing book via Nielsen Pubweb

Hi guys - I've almost finished publishing my first book (author is a friend) I have bought my own ISBN from Nielsen, however, a cock-up with the create space templates has led to me publishing a 290 page 5x8 book -
when registering with Nielsen for the first time, i stated it was 197 pages!
I understand with 'pupweb' this can be changed, once the book is available to edit, which it isnt yet (has been 4 weeks since i registered it), so shall I just carry on with createspace and change the page number (if i can?) when the book shows on the ISBN Data base? Or should i now re-register another ISBN for 290 pages?

Is it ok to publish now with create space, even though the page numbers dont match the ISBN record?
