It's like doing stunts off of stuff. Flipping over tables, jumping off buildings. And, of course, yelling 'PARKOUR' while doing it. Youtube Parkour videos. Pretty sure you'll laugh and be like "THAT'S SO BADASS OMG"

Parkour is also known as Free-Running...
for all you other enthusiasts. I would love to do it, but I have the coordination of a blind lemming.

Same! Doesn't stop me from pretending to a be a parkour-free-running poser. I like to jump of picnic tables and yell "PARKOUR" and roll on the ground.

Parkour and Free-Running is amazing! I met someone who does that once. He jumped over a 9 feet high wall within seconds. O.O
