Nichi stalked into the class, sitting and glaring darkly at the teacher, unnerving everyone in he class. It was almost as if a dark aura was seeping into everything in the room.
Nicole glanced at the clock as she walked into class, glad she wasn't late. She looked around for an empty seat but the only one available was next to a girl who seemed to radiate anger. She winced but took the seat anyway.
Nichi took a deep breath, but the aura didn't go away. She shook her head sharply and noticed Nicole sitting next to her. "You went to the host club, didn't you?" she asked, phrasing it more as a statement than a question.
Nicole scrunched her eyebrows and flushed a little. "No, I've never been to the host club before." She said honestly, the only time she had even spoken to any member of the host club had been when she had been with Trey in the garden. "Why?"
She smirked, but her heart wasn't really in it. "The only people who are sane and meet the hosts end up like me. Don't get involved with them" she looked away darkly, her glasses perched on th end of her nose.
What an odd thing to say Nicole thought as she thought about what Nichi had said. "What's wrong with you?" Nicole asked, trying not to pry. If she was receiving a warning it was only natural that she knew the consequences.
"A lot" she admitted, tilting her head to the side, not really answering her. She pressed her fingertips together, and looked at Nicole. "Which one did you meet?" she questioned.
"I'm not sure why that matters but Trey and I talked in the garden a bit after drama class." Nicole replied, confused.
"Dramatic they are" Nichi agreed blatantly.
"Um, what do you have against the host club? I know they act like players and flirt with girls but that doesn't make them bad people." Nicole said uncertainly.
Nichi looked up at the roof, and she felt all her anger drain away. She still didn't know what to do. "I'm not saying they're bad people, exactly" she said softly.
Nicole was still confused, "well if you're saying they aren't bad people what are you trying to say?" She knew they should probably be paying attention to the teacher but she wanted to find out what Nichi was trying to tell her.
Nichi sighed. "It's...my mother. She's been divorced and if I go near a boy except for classes, she gets really upset and I get into massive trouble. That's why I have to wear these stupid glasses. There's nothing wrong with my sight. I'm not even allowed to wear dresses or skirts, or anything flattering" she said, motioning to her baggy Zombie Apocalypse t-shirt and oversized cargo shorts.
Nicole looked at her incredulously, "um seriously? You have got to be kidding. Isn't she going to extremes? I mean yeah it must have been hard getting a divorce but to make you swear off boys and wear baggy clothes just because she got hurt? I'm sorry but does she hate you or something?" She blushed and realized she had let her mouth get the better of her.
Nichi smiled sadly. "Probably does. Who knows? She was hurt pretty bad. Maybe she's right" she said, staring off into space.
Nicole frowned, "well how can she make an assumption like that based on one man? I don't think that's fair to you or her. Not all guys are like that you know." For some reason as she said this an image of Trey popped into her mind and she blushed again.
"What was the blush for?" Nichi asked, a sly smirk crossing her face.
Nicole stammered out an excuse, and not even she was sure what she was saying. It may have been something about the weather triggering her allergies. "Um, oh look! Class is almost over! Heh, heh." She babbled and started gathering her things up and shoving them into her school bag.
"Yes. I think..I need to go find Lucas" Nichi said, forgetting Nicole immediately, leaving her stuff in the class as she walked out.
"Well.... Ok then.." Nicole said, watching awkwardly as Nichi walked out of the class.
Viola sat down in her seat, she had been assigned to a different Math class because apparently she didn't care enough to be in that other class. Viola sighed in annoyance at the thought of it and rested her elbow onto the small desk leaning the side of her face into her hand."This is stupid." she mumbled, she wasn't the biggest fan of Math.
Fuyuki walked into the room with the same cold face of his, he walked down to the seat he was assigned to and looked towards the teacher. He noticed there was a pissed off looking girl sitting next to him, he simply ignored and glared back at the teacher.
Ren arrived late into class like he usually did, but this time the teacher didn't show any attention to this so he sighed leaning back into his seat in relief. Glancing to the side he took in that the seat that was always empty now was occupied by a dark haired girl. She had this irritated look on her face which made Ren smile. "So your the new girl?" he whispered into her ear like he usually did to all the girls. It wasn't exactly a question or a statement, in his opinion it was both. Even though the teacher was talking he didn't care.
Viola didn't even look at the boy, she was so focused on her annoyance and anger toward the stupid math teacher from before she didn't show and effort of kindness toward him. "I'm not the new girl, my class was switched. That is all." she whispered, but loud enough for the boy to hear. If she was correct she was talking to Ren, one of the host club members, known as the 'tease'. She didn't fancy the host club all that much like the other ladies did.
He frowned leaning back into his seat and resting his arms behind his head with an unamused expression on his face. "Oh, so your that girl." he said blankly. "The girl who talked back to her teacher right? Made that giant scene infront of the entire class?" he asked awaiting for her to turn around with a annoyed look on her face. He just loved to tease.
Fuyuki took a glance at Ren and Viola, identifying their looks perfectly, he took a different notice of Viola, she just had that sort of... irritating or tragic past look coming from her. Fuyuki was giving a sort of 'Hmpf' look to Viola before returning to his bookwork.
Viola frowned before clearing her expression to a blank one and looking over at the careless looking Ren. "Yes, I'm THAT girl." she said looking back over before the boy to her left caught her attention. He didn't seem amused like the other students did. Shaking her head she began to write the questions down. Viola hadn't know what had gotten into her that day in Math, maybe it was the way the teacher kept pointing out how she never focused or shouldn't be apart of this class that caused her to snap. Which rarely happened to Viola, she never snapped, she kept everything bottled up inside. Sighing to herself she swayed the silly thoughts of her old class memories away, focusing on how happy she should be for joining a new class.
Ren memorized the look she had in her eyes before she looked away. She may of had put on a careless expression on her face, but her eyes said otherwise. He smirked knowing he had won, that he had successfully once again irritated somebody like he did everyday. There just always had to be one person to tease daily, and he picked the right target. "So, why did you spaz at your teacher anyway?" he asked, leaning onto his desk now and also starting to answer the questions on the math sheet that had been handed out a few minutes ago. He couldn't help but smile, knowing his choice of words were great to annoy. Nobody liked being told they were a spaz after all.
Fuyuki was starting to get irritated, he hated people who chatted like no one gived a care, he continued to put all the answers on the sheet given to him while failing to ignore Viola and Ren. Once he was finished, he didn't hand the sheet up, but rather take a book of the student profiles out of his bookbag. He opened the large book and flicked threw it until he came across two profiles, Viola's and Ren's student profile.
She wasn't sure how to answer this, or wasn't even sure if what he said was an insult or just a simple question. She went with simple question. "Ask somebody else, the whole school knows." she grumbled bitterly, forgetting to hide her anger. Her grandparents told her to never take her anger out on somebody else if she was having a bad day. "Sorry Ren, I'm not having the greatest day today, could you ask me another time?" she asked, turning towards him with a slight smile then looking back to her sheet.

He noticed how her whole dark mood changed to a more lighter and calmer one. He decided to let her off the hook today, and stood up as he finished his test. His hand lightly held onto her shoulder as he knelt down his mouth next to her ear. "Sure love." was all he said as he handed in his test and walked back over to his seat. All he knew about her was her name was Viola. Well, he had heard many more things about her, but tended to ignore them because he wasn't all that interested. But, now that he'd actually seen her in the flesh, he was definitely interested. Who exactly was she?
Fuyuki got up off his seat and closed the student profile, he handed his test up and packed up his desk, he walked up to the girl with dark hair and stated "You seem Different...". He turned and walked away with his bookbag slightly open, an awkward burnt up book fell out of his bag as he walked out the door, that book was one of his most prized possessions as it held his past, it was his mothers diary, she had kept it until her death and entrusted it to Fuyuki right before the day the fire started.
She tensed up, not because Ren the most attractive boy in the entire school according to most girls called her 'love'. But, for the way he touched her. Viola didn't like to be touched, she hated it, even somebody growing close to her scared her slightly. The only thing that got passed her was a quick hand shake and that was all. She breathed softly, writing down the last question before walking over to the teacher and handing the completed sheet in.
Viola was a bit startled from those words, she didn't look to the voice who said it, but guessed it was the boy who walked out the door. Narrowing her eyes in curiousity she picked up her belongings and slowly headed out the door and to lunch.
((OH AND SHE PICKED UP THE BOOK BTW :p))
