(Very dramatic XD. SORRY RAIN!)

((Julian is dead! Becks and Paisley!)

((Okay so where are we now.......))
Gage jumped at the sound of the cannon, jerking him from a light sleep. He looked up at the sky. Still dark. He sighed from his place in a high tree and glanced around. He didn't see anyone else except for his partner. That was okay. He leaned his head against the trunk of the tree. He stared at the sky, knowing he wouldn't be able to sleep now.

Gage glanced around when he heard water splashing under feet. He leaned forward slightly and looked around. Coming toward his tree was Rain. He narrowed his eyes and drew two throwing daggers. He slowly stood on his large branch and silently made his way down to a lower branch.

Gage watched Rain walking toward him. He silently moved to a low hanging branch between two trees that were very close together. She was alone. That must mean the tribute that just died was Julian. He figured that was why her eyes were red - she must have been crying. Gage honestly didn't want to kill the girl, but if he didn't take his chance now, he wouldn't get another. He took in a deep breath and held up his daggers.
It wouldn't be good to just kill her right away. The Capitol wants a show... So he would give them one.
"He's gone, huh?" Gage called out, crouching on his branch.

"He's gone, huh?" Gage called out, crouching on his branch.
"What happened?" Gage asked, tilting his head slightly, wanting to seem concerned, which he pulled off really well. He lowered his hand with the daggers and his brow furrowed slightly.

Gage let out a sigh let his head hang a little. He shook his head and then looked at Rain. "I don't understand why we have to do this..." He muttered before holding out a hand. "The tree can give good shelter. You'll die if you don't find any and I think you've been through enough today."
((He's faking it. Also, she wanted it to be interesting so... I'm making it good!))

Gage gripped her hand and helped her up onto his branch. "I would go to a few branches higher. Easier to stay hidden," he suggested.

((He wont push her... At least not right away.))
Gage climbed up a little farther into the tree. He held his hand down to Rain to help her up when she needed it.
Gage shrugged. "Suit yourself," he said and continued. He stopped about half way up the huge tree and waited.

Gage looked over at Rain and shrugged a little. "Better chance of survival, I guess."
