I just started reading The Loop, and since it's so popular with some of the bookpushers on here coughcoughjeanecoughcoughfionacoughcoughatishaycough I thought maybe I should start a thread. Anyone else reading this right now? I'm just at the beginning of Chapter 5.

I am getting to really enjoy his writing style too. Looking forward to the Horse Whisperer soon after this one I think. I'd seen the film, but I'd heard from a friend years ago that the book was terrific.
The Loop is a terrific pick Laura. Everything about it is beautiful; the relationships, the wolves and everything about man v/s animals. Simply another treasure to be read and remembered.Your friend is right Laura, Horse Whisperer is an amazing book. And the best thing is, all Evans books are different in their themes and styles. And with the kind of narration abilities that he has, they all make pleasurable reads.
This is my favourite Evans book and one of my favourite books in general. I grabbed me so much that I read it in one time and afterwards needed the rest of the day to get back to live, to function again. I would just stare......I hope you like it Laura...
