He finished eating. He just sat there.

"okay, bye." He threw out his trash and went to his Geometry class.

Grendil hummed her favorite song. A punk rock tune by a band nobody knew.

He walked back into the class room and sat down in the back.

Grendil sat in the front, taking out her story. Last class of the day.

Grendil went to her locker to put her books away.

Once class was over, he got up and walked out of the building. He walked home.

((ok i went on my first EVER date last night. like VERY VERY first TOTALLY niave first date. it was to the movies. he bought drinks and candies for us and we went in. we sat down in the middle of the theater. (i was glad we weren't in the back bc i had read books that mentioned what happened back there. i wasnt even ready for a KISS) so we watched the movie but there comes that time when you have both finished ur sodas and candies. so i set my hand on the arm rest close to him. i waited a while and then he put his hand on his leg near my hand. my fingers brushed his hand a few times then we kinda grabbed each others hand at the same time. i looked at him and he met my eyes and he had that absolutely CLASSIC movie scene smile for right after you hold hands. (im a very classical kinda romance girl. not such a big fan of this one night and already kissing. i like it classic and slow) i look back at the screen but my heart is racing. im not sure if thats what ppl mean by chemistry or 'sparks flying' but im thinking YES! i couldnt help noticing how warm and strong but soft his hands were. it was perfect. and then the movie ended and we slowly left. i said i would miss him. (hes moving to australia on sunday) he said hed miss me 2. (AAAAAAHHHH! <3) i told him i liked hold ing his hand. he said he liked it too. :) then i told him that if he wanted we could go long distance, and he said if i wanted to. so of COURSE i said yes. so we live kinda close to each but i had to go babysit for someone so we started off in the same direction, riding our bikes and talking. he asked me my favorite part of the movie and i honestly told him it was when he held my hand. he said his was the very same. i could have died with happiness. then we had to part ways but i was smiling the whole way there! :D))

Grendil walked slowly home, kicking rocks.

He walked home taking the short cut.

Grendil passed by the cemetery. She decided to sit by her mom's grave for a while.

He walked to his mother's grave. He sat down next to the grave.

He got up, "Anyways, I have to get home."

He walked out of the cemetery and went to his house.

Grendil waited there for a while and started seeing letters etched into the dirt.

He crossed the street and went two blocks down.

He is the one they read. It was so creepy Grendil nearly screamed.

He turned down Everet ST. His house was the third on the right.

Grendil stood up and ran home. Her mother had spoken to her. From the grave.

he went inside and laid down on the couch. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes.

Grendil ran straight to the kitchen and poured herself some egg nog.

He did not know how long he was asleep, until he heard the car door.

Grendil was working on homewrok when her dad came home.

When he woke, it was almost 10:00pm. He should of been doing his homework.

Grendil finished quickly and went to bed.

He knew that he was supposed to be in bed by now, so he ran upstairs and went to bed.

Grendil had dreams of her mother saying the words she had engraved in the dirt, over and over.

The next day, he woke up and went downstairs. "Morning father."

Grendil headed down and poured some cereal.

"Vlad will you take this to you mother's grave please." His father asked him. Vlad nodded and took the rose. After finishing his breakfast, he walked to the cemetery.
