"You think it's safe outside yet?" he wondered, pushing the door open a bit to check it out.

"Let's just go." He peered outside, seeing it was reasonably clear and began creeping along the stairs again.
Suddenly, a spear leaned over the exit, blocking their way and making Lucas screech to a halt, protecting Jasmine with his one arm. A guard was standing and glaring at them."Where do you think you're going?"
Jasmine jumped seeing the spear. She turned around seeing the guard. How did them know? She wondered but never answered she wasn't going to let them get caught.
"I suggest you don't look if you don't like the sight if blood." he said before swiftly dragging his sword across the guard's neck and killing him.
Jasmine looked down as he killed the guard. She waited for him still. Looking around for any other guards. She waited for him to come.
Lucas hurried after her, grabbing her hand and then running from the entrance lest more guards come.
"Here!" he called as he turned a corner, headed for his friend's home. The castle was still quiet, meaning no one had been alerted of their departure yet.
"Open up!" Lucas hissed, banging the door. Finally it opened and a woman stared back at them."Well, well, well." she murmured, hands on hips. "Come on in then." She stepped aside and Lucas rushed in, pulling Jasmine after him.
It was a small but cosy home with a fire."Food on the table. Hungry?" the woman asked, closing and bolting the door. Lucas nodded. "I'm famished. But Jasmine has a shoulder injury. Been bugging her for a while now. Can you help?"
"Aw dearie, what is it?" the woman inquired.
Jasmine looked up after calming down for a few minutes. She looked at the women and let her look at it after she took the wraps off that Maev out on. "I'm not sure why he's been hiring for a long time." She said to her.
She realized she said something wrong. "Sorry I mean it's been hurting for long time non stop just getting worse and I don't know why." She said to her.
"You haven't had time to let is set and heal, that's why. Hopefully these days you can. Maybe it's a nerve or a muscle pulled, I'm not sure. Let me just get a sling for you." she informed, bustling away.
Jasmine nodded. "I hope." She said hoping it wasn't so bad. She waited for her to come back she thought of her sister.
Lucas was done with his food quickly, seeing as he hadn't eaten in a while. Finally, the woman came back and prepared a proper sling for Jasmine, one that finally supported her arm.
"Do you have any other injuries you wish to report? Headaches? Fevers?" she inquired, making sure Jasmine was perfectly alright otherwise.
"No I'm fine." She said to her all her injuries were just her shoulder. She was glad of that. She felt so much safer that she was with Lucas.
"It's about time I introduced you. Jasmine, this is Mara, she's a family friend. Her husband, James, and her have always helped me on my exploits." he said, looking between Jasmine and the robust woman.
Jasmine smiled at Mara. "It's nice to meet you Mara." She said politely and thankful that they were safe and she was someone lucas really trusted.
"Pleasure to meet you Jasmine! You've become a bit of a legend - your story precedes you." Mara said jovialy, getting a bowl of soup for Jasmine as Lucas reclined and watched the pair.
Jasmine smiled a bit but knew the dangers. "Word has spread about it so quickly." She said surprised of that. She sat down a bit tiredly.
"It's interesting news. A legend coming back to life." Mara explained, putting the bowl in front of Jasmine with a smile.
"My pleasure to help. Now, is there anything else you need? I've got everything - from beds to information." Mara offered. "Maybe she'd like to hear about her sister?" Lucas offered.
Jasmine looked up when Lucas mentioned her sister. "Yes please." She said softly wanting to know if Asha is alright.
"Last of what I heard, which was a day ago, she was resting but sick with worry. We have friends back n Tyrell who are watching over her. She'd appreciate it if you got home as quickly as you could." Mara explained grimly.
Jasmine nodded "I hope I get home quickly to her." She said softly stil worried that the king will be after her still. He might even send his son out to find her and her sister. It was scaring her to death.
"I'll make sure of that. But...aren't you going to find the other two objects? It's important the King doesn't get his hands on them." Lucas asked.
Jasmine nodded. "I'm going to find them first. But the king might search everywhere for me or get the bandits to get it for him. I need to get them quickly.
"Exactly. Mara, any thoughts?" Lucas asked. The woman put her hands on her hips and thought. "I don't know the location of those objects but I think it's best you two get back to Asha and search for them together. Maybe get another guard to help you out Lucas?"
Jasmine nodded. "She's right." She said to Lucas. "Asha might be able to help us." She said to him. "I might know the location but it has many bandits going there it's where they stuff their stolen goods." she mentioned thinking about it.
"I can't protect you both, you're right Mara, I'll pull along some help. But in conclusion, we go back to Asha tomorrow night. Travelling under darkness will give us cover and you'll be more rested Jasmine." Lucs concluded.
Jasmine nodded. "Alright." She said to him. She thought of her sister and hoped she was alright. She knew she would be a bit mad at her for taking her place going with Maev but to protect her.
"Good night you two. Sorry but I only have one spare bed. You two don't mind sharing or...?" Mara explained, cleaning up the dishes.
