Jasmine relaxes hearing his voice she turns to him. "It's alright I understand." She said softly and quietly.

"I'm glad you do. I'm sorry again." he kissed her forehead lightly and kept her in a short hug before backing off.
Jasmine hugged him back gently "I forgive you Lucas its ok." She said.
"Anyway, not to get down to business so quickly but the pendant?" he asked.
Jasmine says "Lucas, I ......" She stops she didn't know how to explain it to him.
"What's wrong Jasmine? This is what we want, right?" he holds her shoulders again, staring deep into her eyes.
"It is what we want." She said "I tried to get the pendant but I couldn't..." Jasmine said
"From your sister you mean?" he asks her, looking over her shoulder to the door.
Jasmine nods "Yes, I tried to get it from the satchel it was in when she wasn't there but every time I tried she would come in." She said thinking of what she and Asha discussed
"I understand it is difficult but still...the pendant is enormously important." he said gently, lips tight.
Jasmine nods "I know Lucas I tried." she said
"It's alright I suppose, there's some time before-" he stops, seeing the door to the house open up slowly. "Hide in the shadows Jasmine." he says urgently, seeing Maev walk out.
Jasmine hears the door open and runs hiding in the shadows.
Maev exits and smiles, not noticing Jasmine running away. She skips up to Lucas and smirks. "Guess what I have." She throws the pendant over to Lucas who catches it, shocked. "Wait, how?""Got her sister to hand it over." She shrugs.
Jasmine watches from the shadows. She sees the pendant and freezes. Asha would never give pendant up.
"You sound smug Maev. What's going on?" he begins to put away the pendant but she snatches it back and shoves it into her own pocket. "Nothing. Are you done with her?" He remains silent at her question. "I don't know what you're even thinking, being all loved up with her. It's just going to get you into trouble." she comments, walking around him lazily. His lips tighten as he remarks "None of your business Maev. Now give me the pendant."She shakes her head and steps back. "I'll be making the delivery, thank you very much!"
"I'll do it Maev. It's my mission." Lucas sighs, urgency in his voice. "No thank you. He'll understand it runs in the family." Maev shrugs and retreats into the house. "Maev!""Lucas!" she smirks before slamming the door closed. Lucas peers into the shadows and whispers "Jasmine?"
Jasmine comes out of the shadows. "How did Maev get the pendant?" she asked worriedly.
"Apparently she got it from Asha, whatever that means." Lucas was suspicious about his cousin...
"Did she say how?" Jasmine asked worried about her sister.
"No, but to be honest, I don't trust her about it...there might be something wrong with Asha, we should check it out." Lucas nods.((gtg to school))
((Kk))Jasmine nods "Good Idea I'm really worried." She said
"Let's go in then." Lucas nods and walks up to the door.
Jasmine nods and goes up the stairs to the door with him. She reaches to open the door with her uninsured arm.
Lucas follows, making sure Maev doesn't here them.
Asha was not in the room. It didn't look like she had been there in a while. "Asha?" Lucas whispers, searching with her.
Jasmine looked around for hersister worriedly.
"She's gone. Sorry Jasmine but I think she's gone..." Lucas sighs, seeing her nowhere.
Jasmine feels tears in her eyes looking still. "She csnt be gone. I saw her here. Before i left!" she said.
"Maev." Lucas slams his fist against the doorway and dashes back down the stairs. "Maev! Maev!" he calls for her but she doesn't reply. "She's gone too."
Jasmine looks around feaking out. "Do you thinj asha will be with her?" she asked scaredly.
"Must be." Lucas nods, looking around again.
Jasmine kept looking around "Where would Maev go?" she asked
"I don't know...but I think she's going to my boss." he suggests.
Jasmine sees her sisters Satchel. "Thats my sisters " she said she walks over to it and picks it up.
"Then she's gone with Maev. We need to get moving then." Lucas says as he walks to the door.
Jasmine nods picking up her sisters satchel and follows him.
Lucas whistles loudly and horse hooves could be heard. "Maybe we can find them on the road." he says.
Jasmine nods "Alright." She said she follows Lucas. ((Sorry I thought I answered)))
((No problem))He mounted quickly and stuck his arm out to help her onto his tall horse, looking around for signs of Asha or Maev.
Jasmine took his arm gently and mounted the horse.
"Let's go. Hold on." he told her and spurred the horse forwards, galloping on the cobblestones.
The horse galloped off along the streets and Lucas leaned forwards, searching desperately for Asha or Maev. "See anything?" he asked Jasmine.
Jasmine looked around and nodded no "Nothing." She said looking around for her sister or Maev.
"Where did they go...?" he muttered to himself as the horse galloped on. Suddenly, there was a flash of white - another horse crossed their path. He immediately turned their steed around and chased after the white stallion.
Jasmine looked around she saw the stallion she held onto Lucas when he turned the steed and went after it.
Their horse galloped faster down the cobblestones as Lucas wanted to keep up with the white stallion ahead, but in the darkness he couldn't see who was riding it.
