"If we're not doing anything now, there's a bath waiting for one of us upstairs. You can go first." Asha tells, walking towards the kitchen again.
Jasmine nods "Alright." She said before going upstairs.
Asha sighs and walks back into the kitchen to finish up her fruit, thinking about Lucas and Jasmine. Were they really meant to be? He was a bounty hunter and she had what he needed. He was sly and cunning with she was sweet. She wanted to protect Jasmine from him but she knew Jasmine liked him a lot...
Jasmine thinks of her and Lucas she couldn't control it she liked him and didn't want to hurt him. She thinks about him during her bath.
Maev walked into the kitchen and looked at Asha. "Come up with a plan, have we?" she asked. Asha nods and walks out, not wanting to confront Maev.
Jasmine finishes thinking of Lucas again. She brushes her hair struggling. She was in fresh clothes trying to get her hair from getting tangled. Her arm in the sling not wet.
Asha ascends the stairs and knocks on the bathroom door. "Are you alright in there?" she asks her sister.
Jasmine opens the door "Can you help me with me hair please?" She asked her hair a mess.
"Coming in." Asha nods and enters, picking up a brush that was left out and beginning to comb through her hair, humming an old song.
Jasmine smiles at the old song her sister was humming.
"I suppose you'll miss playing the harp with your arm in a sling?" Asha muses with a smile as she combs.
Jasmine smiles and nods "Yes I will." She said.
"It'll get better, I'm sure. And what a story to tell! I jumped out from the castle window." Asha remembers the incident.
Jasmine smiles "Yes I know it will. Most people would be surprised." She said.
"Who would have thought we would have done anything like this in our lives?" Asha wonders, still disbelieving they had come so far.
Jasmine nods "That's what I keep thinking." She said ((gtg))
((Me too))"I don't even know what we're going to do later..." Asha smirks.
"But those are thoughts for another time beautiful." Asha laughs as she steps aside so Jasmine can look in the mirror and see her brushed hair.
Jasmine smiles and looks in the mirror happy her hair was brushed. She looks at her sister "Thank you Asha." She said.
"Anything for you dear." Asha smiles and opens the door. "Come on. Let's eat some dinner. Then you have a date."
Jasmine smiles at Asha and walks out with her sister she was still worried about her date but had to do something.
Beth skips up to them and grins. "There you are! Come on down, we're eating." she grabs Jasmine's hand and leads her.
Jasmine goes down with Beth catching up to her.
"You're looking awfully pretty Jasmine. Does it have something to do with that man who came in?" Beth asks innocently.
Jasmine blushes "Thank you Beth and yes it does." She whispered so no one else would hear.
"Oh are you two going to get married? I'm going to be the flower girl, right?" Beth demands seriously.
Jasmine says "No I don't think were going to get married. But if we do you can be the flower girl." She said.
"Great! That's a promise, so you can't go back on it. Besides, if you don't like him, maybe you'll like my brother." Beth says before leading her into the kitchen.
Jasmine blushes still. She liked Lucas but wonders why Beth would say that. She ignores it and goes with her into the kitchen.
Asha follows after and sees all the girls of the house eating on the communal table."I save you a seat! Over here!" A girl calls out to them three.
Jasmine goes over to the girl and sits next to her sister.
There was lots of food on the table for them all. Asha begins to eat and Beth continues to talk to Jasmine. "He's very nice. My brother. He's at sea right now, but he'll come back, I'm sure."
Jasmine speaks with Beth. "Well if he does come back I'd like to meet him."Jasmine said in a promising way as she eats slowly.
The other girls leans over to Jasmine and whispers. "We believe the ship sunk two months ago. There's been no news. We haven't told her yet."
Jasmine listens and nods but she wanted to make Beth happy even though she heard this news.
"He's tall and he's going to be a captain soon as well! He has blonde hair and green eyes, and I bet he's super fit from sailing all the time." Beth continues, eating."That's enough about him dear. You're boring Jasmine." One of the other girls tells Beth who nods, embarrassedly.
Jasmine listens nodding she continues to eat. Not really caring about what Beth said but all she could think about was Lucas. He was all she could think about at that moment. ((I got an idea!))
((Indeed, what is it?))Asha eats, feeling sorry for Beth who was disillusioned.
((Ok so what if when Jasmine goes to meet Lucas. Maev tries to get the pendant from Asha and she manages too and goes to give it to Lucas with Jasmine still there. But Jasmines asks how she got it and assumes she hurt her sister for it. Asha ends up missing and Lucas has to go with Jasmine to protect her because he thinks someone took Asha? It's just a suggestion))Jasmine keeps eating feeling bad for Beth she would hate to have that happen to her.
((No problem at all! I like it!))Dinner finishes up quickly and the girls disperse to do their own things. Asha stands and smiles at Jasmine. "Soon."
((Thanks!))Jasmine got up she smiles at Asha and nods.
Maev comes towards them and smiles. "Someone is at the door for you Jasmine. And Asha, can I have a talk?"
Jasmine nods and hugs her sister softly then goes to the door glancing at her sister and Maev one last time.
Maev smiles and turns to Asha. "So, let's talk about the pendant."Lucas was waiting outside in the shadows, wearing a dark cloak. He watches the door as it opens and Jasmine exits.
Jasmine walks out going down the steps carefully she didn't want to fall and get hurt.
((gtg))Lucas sees her walking out and steps out into the moonlight, headed straight for her.
((kk)) Jasmine waits for him looking around her back facing him.
"Jasmine." he breathes as he holds her arms. "I'm sorry I was so abrupt with you before. I knew Maev was listening in. I didn't get to say how glad I was to see you. Honestly." he explained in a quiet voice.
