Asha leads her into an empty alleyway. "Let's look at this arm, shall we?"

Jasmine nods lifting it up and showing her the arm hurting a little.
"Not broken. But bruised and possibly sprained." Asha deduces, looking at it.
Jasmine flinches a little. Still shaking from the fall.
"Not to worry you Jasmine, but we have no place to rest tonight or equipment to bandage that up." Asha sighs.
Jasmine nods "Where do we go now?" She asked.
"Exactly." Asha exhales, looking around. "No money, no family, no place to sleep. I think we might have to work for lodging."
Jasmine nods flinching when she moves her arm again. "Do you still have my notebook?" She asked getting an idea.
"Of course." Asha produces it and hands it over "But why?"
"I might have an Idea." Jasmine said
"What if I sell the song we created or any of the drawings that are in there?" She asked
"Jasmine! You are a genius!" Asha kisses her cheek and grins "I'm sure it'll fetch a great price. Let's try the song first. Someone will need such a ballad."
Jasmine nods SHe takes the notebook and turns to the song happy she didn't put her name on them at all.
"Where should we start? At a tavern?" Asha steps out, gazing at the street.
"Sure." Jasmine said "Do I need to sing the song?" She asked
"Probably. They need to know how good it sounds." Asha says optimistically as she makes her way over to the tavern.
Jasmine nods and goes with her sister not going to try and move her arm.
Asha enters the tavern and sees how busy it is. She goes over to speak to the owner. She then returns with a smile. "One performance and we get food. What kind of luck is that?"
Jasmine smiles "That's great." Jasmine said. "Is there anyone you recognize in there?" She asked
"No...luckily maybe?" Asha sighs and walks up onto the stage and pulls out her small harp.
Jasmine nods she fhollows her sister. Jasmine shows the music to her sister then looks at her copy.
"We're ready. Just let the music flow and relax. We can do this." she whispers before starting the song.
Jasmine nods closing her eyes she looks at the music as she starts singing the song "'Once upon a summer's day, a breeze came into town. It swirled and turned and twirled and swayed, sweeping back out and down.'"
Asha sings the rest of the song with Jasmine, plucking her harp and joining their voices.
Jasmine sings with her sister making sure thier voices combined and match as they sing.
Asha finishes the song and looks at the crowd expectantly. They clap and cheer for them and she smiles. "We did it!" she whispers to Jasmine.
Jasmine smiles at the crowd relieved it worked. The song worked.
The innkeeper walked up to them and spoke roughly."Three pennies for the song. Plus here's your food." he offered it up.
Jasmine gets the song and lets her sister give it. Jasmine looks around.
Asha hands over the food to Jasmine and takes the money as well, getting off the stage.
Jasmine takes the food going with her sister.
Asha sits at a small table and begins to eat, offering more food to Jasmine.
Jasmine sits down eating slowly with her one arm being aware of her surroundings but staying relaxed.
"I think we did well for people who have never lived alone." she declared with a beam.
Jasmine nods "I'm glad it went well."
Asha then yawns. "I am sleepy. We got to get a move on to find lodging. Is three pennies enough?"
Jasmine yawns a little thinking. "I don't think so."
"Innkeeper! Can e stay here? You can have your money back." Asha calls over and the man gruffily nods. "We close past midnight. Sing some more." he commands.
Jasmine looks up and looks at her notebook looking for more songs.
"Do we have anything?" Asha leans over.
Jasmine keeps looking she shows her sister most of the family songs, tragic songs, and many others.
"I like this one. We sound good in it." Asha stops at an ode. They made it up last summer.
Jasmine reads it. "It's in your key." Jasmine said "I can't sing in that level this one is for you."
"Are you saying I have to do this by myself?" Asha gasps.((gtg))
((Ok cya))Jasmine says "I can sing back up. I just can't sing the high notes."
"And I can? Jasmine, this is a bit much..." Asha begins, unsure.
"Asha you know I can't sing high and we made this song to fit your voice. Because we always make songs for my voice to sing." Jasmine said. "We don't have to do this song if you don't want too."
"It's okay. Let's do it. You jumped off a building. I can sing a song." Asha stands, determined.
Jasmine nods "Alright i'll be signing backuo our voices will blend but i'll be softer."
