"It nice to be home in time to sit down actually have a meal," Georgia said to Aster.

"It is very nice to finally be able to sit down and have a meal together," Aster smiled, pouring them each a glass of wine. "Where are our kids though?"

"School probably, I heard talk of a party..." Georgia replied with a grin. She remembered when they used to go to parties like that.

"Heh, yeah I remember when we had that huge party, who threw it?" Aster smiled, chuckling.

"Yeah! I was dancing all dirty on you," she said with a devilish grin.

"I remember that," Aster smirked and rose a brow slightly.

"I may have had too much to drink that night," Georgia said blushing.

"I know you did," Aster chuckled, "Because I did too."

"It was a blast though," Georgia said.

"I can't say that it wasn't," Aster nodded, taking a bite of her food.

Georgia smirked, "there's not been many times I haven't enjoyed you."

"Wait," Aster said her smiling faltering,"There are times that you havent enjoyed with me?"

"Well that time you got drunk and brought home that girl....." Georgia reminded her girlfriend.

"That's true...... I didn't mean to hurt you..... I'm sorry........" Aster pouted and she continued to eat her food in silence.

"It's fine, I'm just not into sharing you babe, no worries," Georgia replied with a wry grin. "I was thinking we could go four wheeling tomorrow, after softball practice."

"Well we still haven't tried the Duca-" Aster smacked her hand over her mouth. Damn it! Why did she have to ruin the surprise?

"Duca?" Georgia asked with a curious expression.

"You heard nothing. If you want to get it out of me, you'll have to force it out of me," Aster said.

"Oh?" Georgia pushed her plate out of the way and climbed up onto the table and started to crawl towards Aster with a mischievous look on her face.

"Mhmm, my lips are sealed," Aster said, crossing her legs under the table.

"Hmmm," Georgia leaned over and kissed Aster fully on the lips.

Aster kissed her back, a smirk on her lips.

"Fess up buttercup," Georgia whispered into Asters ear.

"Never," She said back, shivering at Georgia's breath on her ear.

"C'mon babe tell me pleasssse," she broke into the pouty face.

Aster really couldn't keep a secret when her wife pulled a face like that. "Ummmm......Oh babe don't pout......"

"Oh fine," she slipped into Asters lap and nuzzled her neck.

"I just realized you climbed over the table, did you miss me that much?" Aster teased.

"I did actually, our schedules have been so hectic," Georgia replied.

"Mhm. How are Hazel and Ryan? Are they still on the ups?" Aster asked, nestling into Georgia's hair.

"Last I heard they were going away for the weekend," Georgia informed her. "We're supposed to check on Daisuke."

"Should we go do that now?" Aster questioned, raising a brow.

Georgia frowned as she hung up her phone, she'd just talked to Anne, but even after talking to her she didn't feel any better. Her daughter was going to some beach thing with Ava, which was fine. She liked Ava, Jack and Celeste were amazing parents, but she was going to the beach house owned by the Superiors. That was the part she wasn't fond of, the Superior children were terrible. With the exception of Persephone, but even she had a streak now and again when she was manipulative and holier than now. It was in the blood, not much any of the children could do about it.... and Anne said it was Cole that was hosting it all. That was even worse, Jack was always talking about how troublesome that child was. Duchess was there too, but she didn't know the mother very much. She knew she was from England, and that she tried to reign her son in. That was it. She knew nothing else about the woman, why couldn't her daughter be somewhere else? Like the library? Or playing a sport, something healthy and safe? She knew she was probably overthinking the whole thing, and being over protective, again. Still it didn't help to ease her nerves, she yelled, "Asterrrrrr!" And waited for her wife to show up in her small office. Georgia and Aster each had their own small office in their home, it was their space to get things done and to escape to if need be.

Gentle clicks of keys resounded off of the walls inside the small office and the women sitting at the desk closed the laptop with a soft click and put her hands on her forehead as it started to pulse slightly. "Gosh this headache is ridiculous..."The woman thought to herself. There wasn't much stress at work, she hadn't received any calls for shoots. Aster knew exactly what it was, she was worrying over her children. She hadn't seen her two beautiful kids that often anymore. Every time the phone rang, Aster got her hopes up in hearing one of her kids voices, but no it was either another telemarketer or somebody from her job. Aster pushed her office chair away from her ornate desk and she stood,stretching but stopped mid-way when the pounding returned. "Okay...tea it is..." Aster muttered to herself, pulling down the dress she was wearing and walking out of the room and slowly down the stairs to the kitchen. Aster was halfway there when she heard her wife calling for her. But that only contributed to her headache more, but she pushed it to the back of her mind. Aster walked down the hall slowly to her wife's office and she came inside," Yes dearest?" She said softly before sitting down in the chair across from her.

The computer was bright, a list of rosters and different sports were on Georgia's screen. She'd taken on not only softball coach for the new school year, but she'd also taken on tee-ball for the Pered Nochalam Preschool, as well as helping sub at the Academy. She was offered a very well paying job in Alabama, she would have been coaching the softball team there as well as the track team. She would have been paid almost twice the amount she'd been paid the last year at the Academy. Georgia had turned it down though, she and ASter had discussed it. The two of them both agreed it would be detrimental to move their children from the place they'd grown up their entire lives. So they were going to stay where they were, Georgia took on some more jobs. Sure she really didn't have to, and she really didn't need that job out in Alabama. Her wife made plenty of money for the entire family, Georgia honestly didn't have to work if she didn't want to. But Georgia did want to, she liked making her own car payments, insurance payments, helping pay the kids medical insurance, and buying her wife and kids nice things. Yeah she and Aster shared a bank account, but that wasn't the point. Georgia liked feeling that she contributed to the family as well. Aster let her feel that way too, thankfully. Her wife walked in with a pinched look to her face, she sat in the chair opposite of herself. "You okay babe?" She asked with concern, her worry for Anne melted away as she became worried for her wife instead. "Headache again?" Aster had been getting those lately, Georgia had no clue why and it bothered her. "Maybe I should make you an appointment with Dr. Connor...." She said more to herself than to Aster, she got up off the chair and walked around the desk, she knelt down in front of Aster and took her hands in her own as she looked up at her wife.

Aster heard Georgia ask her in a soft voice," You okay babe? Headache again?" Aster then saw, out of the corner of her eye, Georgia get up from her desk chair and kneel down in front of her so that she could see her fully. Georgia's larger hands soon were wrapped around Aster's smaller ones and Aster said," Yeah I'm okay babe, I was just on the way to the kitchen to make some herbal tea. What's up?" She knew Georgia was concerned for her right now, but Aster was concerned about what Georgia needed right now. "What do you need honey?" She asked softly, squeezing Georgia's hands and giving her a soft smile.

Aster definitely looked to be in pain, she said something about herbal tea and Georgia nodded. She would be setting up an appointment for her wife in the morning to get her checked out. "Oh..." Georgia didn't want to worry Aster when she didn't feel well. So she took a moment or two as she debated on whether dumping her worries on her wife. Finally she decided she needed to, "I'm just worried about Anne. She's off with Ava, which is fine. I like Ava. She's the one good kid the McClouds have, ya know?" She chewed in her lower lip a moment before continuing, "But she and Ava went to the Superiors Beach House and Cole is hosting the visit. You know how bad that kid is babe, I just don't like the feeling in the pit of my stomach when I think of her over there with him and his friends. I'm surprised Jack approved Ava going to be honest. Anne assured me that Duchess is there but really what does that mean to me? We've met her twice and barely talked to her.." She took a deep breath, "I know I'm probably just being over protective but I had to get that out in the open. And I have no idea where our other child is.."

Aster listened with an an open heart and she listened as Georgia told her about her concerns and when Georgia finished, Aster nodded," I know, I was kind of thinking about that too... and I worried about her going to this party and just the kids in general," She said to Georgia," But Anne knows her limits. We trust her right? Need I remind you that Anne has little to no interest in the Superior kids? And it may not be much to know that Duchess is going to be there and you're just having Motherly pangs dear. And I'm pretty sure Zephyr is okay, you know how he is, always travelling." Aster put her hands on her wife's face and kissed her lips softly and then broke the kiss. "Don't worry babe, we'll see them soon."

Aster always had the right thing to say, some of Georgia's worries melted away with the endearing kiss her wife laid upon her lips. She looked at Aster's lips as she pulled back, hungry for more than just a small kiss. She didn't push it though since Aster was in pain still, her thoughts then went to Zephyr. Their son hadn't really talked to them at all over the summer, maybe that was the real thing bothering her. Her distance with Z was making her cling to Anne more. She made a mental not to call him soon, then she could at least put some of her worry at ease. "Come, lets get you some hot tea, and we can relax on the porch or something as you battle that headache," Georgia took Aster's hand and led her to the kitchen.

"Mhm, that sounds wonderful," Aster said, holding her head with one hand and the other was in her wife's hand. When the two came into the kitchen, Aster sat down in one of the chairs at the cherry wood table that the family had since they moved into the house. All the memories of Family Game nights, late night talks and birthdays came to Aster's mind as she sat there. She could smell the tea that Georgia was making and it started to ease her mind. "What do you want to do tonight babe?" Aster asked,"Maybe we can just watch a movie, or do whatever you want ya know?"


Meanwhile, scenery moved passed a car with its top down at a leisurely pace as the boy driving it moved his hair back. He had Fallout Boy on in the car on his radio and he was currently singing along to Young Volcanoes. He had a bag of groceries in the back of the car, some flowers, souvenirs, and a piece of art he had drawn for his mothers. Zephyr Corbin was coming home to see his Mums as he felt he had to, there was the trip that Shi and himself had taken right up the way to a neighboring town to sightsee, then him and Shi had bumped into some people and they became new friends and they had a great time. But now Zephyr thought it was time to go home. He pulled up to the driveway of the house that he missed so much. He turned off the car, put the top back up and got everything out with care and started to walk up the walkway toward home. He pressed the doorbell with his elbow because his hands were full and because of the fact that he wanted to surprise them.

The house was so empty without the kiddos there, usually there would be talking, or music, or banging, or something going on. She honestly would almost die to hear Anne and Zephyr bickering with one another, at least she wouldn't feel like she was about to have an empty nest. That reminded her of something she was supposed to talk to Aster about, but she figured that could wait until after her headache was gone, best not to bring up something so serious when she wasn't feeling well. Georgia let go of Aster's hand and went to the cabinet above the stove, she took out the tin cup that held a bunch of tea. She picked out ginger tea and put the bag in a mug. Georgia put the kettle on the stove and watched as the water boiled, once it was bubbling she poured it over the tea bag and set the cup in front of Aster to let the tea steep. "Ummm, I don't know... maybe we could take a walk if you start to feel better? Or maybe we could just lie in bed and watch tv... we'll see after you drink your tea," Georgia smiled at Aster and sat down next to her. As soon as she sat down a loud ringing sounded through the house, it was the doorbell. "I wonder who that could be.." She murmured to Aster just before she got up to go answer the door, her bare feet padded quickly over the floor as she went to the front door to see who was there. She opened the door wide, a happy shriek escaped her mouth, "Zephyr!" She said just before wrapping her arms awkwardly around her son, she let go of him with a soft laugh, then helped him with a couple of bags. "What a pleasant surprise, we weren't expecting you back for another few days. I"ve missed you a lot," She rambled on as she led him towards the kitchen, where his other mum would be. "Your mom has a bit of a headache, I'm sure this will cheer her right up though.."

Anne Corbin tucked in the sides of her bedspread, making sure everything was nice and neat. Her next task was picking up all of the dirty clothes on her floor from this morning, she put them all neatly into a laundry hamper in the corner of her room, she stepped back and glanced over her bedroom. It was immaculately clean, something her mums never had to worry about, was her and her bedroom. Z was pretty good about his as well. Anne felt at ease with the room, so she grabbed her purse/bag and made sure her school supplies were tucked safely inside, which they were, and then closed the door to her room. She peeked in on her mums, Georgia was already up and ironing things, Anne waved bye and then headed downstairs, that was when the text sound went off on her phone. Anne rummaged around in her bag until she found her phone, she read over the message, she quickly texted her bestie back, Yeah of course! Who else would be in my car? ;) I'll be there in five, Anne hit send and then practically ran to her new car. It was a 2011, silver, Kia Soul. It always made her think of the hamster commercials, which was partially why she picked it, and it was affordable. Anne started the car and headed over to Ava's as quickly as she dared, Ed Sheeran playing in the cd player.

Aster was downstairs having an attack on dust, cleaning everything in sight. Armed with a feather duster, pinesol, a rag, an apron, and a mask to keep the dust out of her respiratory system, whether it was just a simple countertop or an unorganized bookcase, it was not immune to the ruthless crusader of cleanliness. She just felt like her house had gotten so messy, even though it looked so clean. The attack was dying down, soon to be dead as Aster replaced the family picture that they had taken last year during the spring time. Aster stepped back and removed her mask, examining her work as she felt her thoughts bounce around the room with more freedom and less restriction than there had been before. Aster then glanced at the ornate clock she and Georgia had been gifted at their wedding and read the time. It was only 10 o clock in the morning? Really? Wow, this would be a great day to go and do something with her wife and the one kid that had just come back, that is if he didn't have anything to do today. Aster then stretched and went to the kitchen to grab a Snapple out of the fridge to cool down. She tasted the crisp strawberries and the tangy kiwi in the drink, she let out a soft and satisfied groan as she drank the drink, letting all the flavors collide over her taste buds.

Zephyr on the other hand was still sleeping. He enjoyed his sleep now because when he and Shi had been up in the town up North, there was so much to do in so little time that they usually got 2-3 hours of sleep before going back onto their adventure. It had been very fun, especially since Shi was there, it was just all very exhausting. Rolling over in his bed, he opened his eyes and looked up at his ceiling, then grabbed his phone from his nightstand and he texted Shi,"Hey Handsome, time to rise and shine." before he hit send and rested the phone on his exposed abs, waiting for a response from his boyfriend.
