Okay, I have name ideas, but are they good enough?

So in this story I just started writing, called Desensitized, (currently only 2k haha) I got insparation for a name in math class today.

Main Character: Itasca Pusval?

really like the first name, not so much the second. it puts my in mind of a puss-ball, unless of course Pusval is pronounced more like Poosval then its awsome.

I dont get it. Is it a full first name or is it the full name, first and last? Or did you think that I thought it was two diferent names? I figured that it was the first and last name of one person. I was just saying that depending on how you pronounce the pusval part it would be a cooler name altogether.
so do you say it PUS-val or POOS-val?
Either way the name sounds russian and thats pretty cool.
