I harmed again. I haven't told my parents. Life is going into a downward spiral. I've started biking every day, not because I want air, or exercise, but because every time I go up a hill, and I want to give up and walk up it, I tell myself over and over again that I'm fat, so fat, which is why. I started pinning safety pins to my jeans and shorts just in case. I want to curl up in a ball and just die.

Okay, listen to me. You are perfect, and I haven't even met you in person. You are beautiful, and I love you. If you ever harm again, I'm gonna fucking cry because I'm gonna be fucking mad at you, and myself, for not knowing how else to help. You just have to keep looking ahead towards the future. You might be down right now, but in 10 years, you are going to be so fucking important to the world. Find an outlet. Start thinking about what you want to do with your life, and start doing that. For example, when I start to get really depressed, I think about what I'm gonna do. I'm going to be the first female dubstep artist, ever, and that's what I look forward to. Basically, my point is to keep yourself busy. Like, super busy. I do dance, karate, I write, I sing, I make characters, I do photography. Just don't focus on the past, look forward to the future.

Everyone is beautiful, short or tall, brown hair or blonde hair, blue eyes or brown eyes. You may feel fat, but you're not. Besides, biking is good for your cholestrol.

Take those fucking safety pins off of your jeans and your shorts, or I swear, I am going to rip them off myself. Don't think about what other people tell you. Do 't focus on them, because you know what they're going to end up being? Big fucking losers with no job, no money, and nobody to love them.

So, be happy, and talk to people. Look towards the future. Talk to your parents. It's okay to tell them things, you know.

So. If you ever harm again, I am going to cry and be mad at you.

Therefore, talk, because sometimes you just need to talk. I promise we'll listen.
