(view spoiler)[So aren’t families supposed to be united together and love each other no matter what? Well I guess that’s not really what it feels like. I was at school and some what happy. It had been an okay day. My Mother who was the nicer of my two parents wasn’t home to pick me up from school and the only people who I would have stayed after for were my Sophomorieos (Sophomores + Oreos) and they had all left really quickly so I was alone. Too scared to go over and say hi before they all left. I called my Dad and he said in a really happy voice that he would come pick me up.

My Dad is the type of person who hides things with fake smiles and too fake to be good tones. Also he has a lot of anger issues. If things don’t go his way all Hell breaks loose. Dishes and glasses and blood go everywhere. It’s the thing I’m most afraid of. Well one of :P Anyways, he came and picked me up asking as soon as I got into the car “Oh Hey there!!! I know you don’t wanna hear this—” My heart sort of stopped at that point and I knew what he was gonna say next “But what do you wanna do for your birthday tomorrow?” I didn’t really wanna do anything. Honestly I hated my birthday. I hated the singing. My face getting red. I mean really! Come on! Well of course I stated my honest opinon “Nothing really. I’m happy the way it is now,” I tried to smile but I could see he was angry or going to be very soon. All on the way ride home I got asked over and over why he did such nice things for me. Having a laptop. Having a cell phone. He all questioned his money being put towards me.

That was okay. I didn’t mind. I was used to it.

When we got into the house… He slammed the door and went right up into my face, I could feel his hot, agitated breath on my skin “Come on you slut! You don’t give a fuck about this family! You didn’t even go to your own brother’s band performance. You could have at least the decency to do that! I hear the way you talk on skype. All happy! You shouldn’t be! You don’t care about your family! You only care about your whore friends!” That was when I broke. I didn’t care about the shit he was saying about me. Putting words in my mouth but when you insult my friends, it’s like stabbing me in the heart. He just decided to twist it around some. “I know you do drugs. I know you don’t eat. I know—” Those were untrue.

The Facts:

1) I do eat. Just not at school. I am scared to so people think I’m anorexic and judge me for it. At the beginning of the school year someone had called me fat and passed a note to me saying “Go die you fat faggot”. So I merely stopped eating at lunch time and just eat at home in the comfort of my room.

2) I do not do drugs. I took a dare last summer by a friend to write “DRUGS” in my notebook. So I did. On 6 pages. Now my parents think I’m drugged up all the time.

I didn’t say anything to defy my Dad. I knew I would only get hit if I tried to fix things. My words don’t count. They only take up space. I only take up space. I don’t wanna celebrate my birthday. Why should I celebrate another year that I lived if I regret living at all? If my parents say that I’m a mistake? If I make so many mistakes… (hide spoiler)]

Rose :( I'm so sorry, first of all parents are not supposed to act like that, be like that, treat their children like that. Granted I had in no way the perfect childhood, but I do know what its like to be loved, and to be a parent because I've fostered kids, and I've been helping raise my niece since birth. I would never say those kinds of things or treat her like that. I don't understand parents that are like this and it just makes me completely pissed. There are people that love others, and treat them with respect out there, your parents unfortunately are just not them. Hold out, bear through it, I know its hard but do what you can to wait out your term with them until you can go out and make your own imprint on the world and do wonderful things like i know you can. We're all here for you, and if I could take you from them I would! Know that, that is reality, there are people that care and wish they could make your situation better! <3 love ya Rose, I hate that you have to go through this crap!

I don't care what people say, people are supposed to be loving of one another in the family unit. I would, if I had kids(Someday, not yet. Still a freshman in HS) never do that. I am sorry that you have to go through that, but remember that we love you and if everybody leaves you out in the dust, you can always come and talk to us. WE LOVE YOU AND WE DON'T WANT ANYTHING to happen to our precious kitty because you, well for me, bring joy to me everytime I see you online. :3 It makes my day. If you ever need somebody to talk to, we're here for you. <3

Elle~! Yes what Elle say's is all true, especially the tea part! I drink tea when I'm upset =\ My mom got me into that when I was little. I say in like ten years if we all still talk to each other we make a trip to England and have tea with Elle ! Just an idea >_>
