Yostuba&! will definitely work. Blankets, however, doesn't have the "Sequential Art>Manga" genre on its page, so it won't.

Nope, it can be any wish. Mine, for example, would be a real, full-time job with benefits a high enough salary so I could live comfortably and travel, so I could read a book that has a main character with a good job or who travels a lot, or even just a wealthy protagonist.
