Pam Salem I read Laura's book after meeting her online in a Facebook Group. I read it again October 29, 2018, the day after she died from a freak fall from a horse in her village. She was 49 years old. I actually thought it was very well written, and of course it was even more poignant to read after her death. It is not a life I would choose, but it was hers, and it was well-lived. RIP Laura.
