We aren't vegeterians either, though tomorrow is Dee Day at our house. I do need to add, my daughter was less than enthusiastic about going without meat. I am hoping she has forgotten and just won't notice.

My all time favorite veggie meal is a stir-fry with about every kind of veggie available. I also love to use fresh herbs. Also be sure to add a lot of slivered almonds, oh and it has to have a dash of dried red peppers for a little spice :)

Served over brown rice of course.

Oh, and another crowd pleaser, is a veggie pizza! Who doesn't like pizza :)

I think I've decided on a baked potato bar for dinner, with fake bacon bits which my daughter loves anyway... Nothing like a great stuffed baked potato!
We'll have cheese, steamed broccoli, butter, sour cream, chives, bacos... it's supposed to be chilly here anyway so it's perfect.

I also love stir fry. I have my own recipe chinese style bbq sauce that I use for a sauce.... very yummy!

WOW! That's REALLY proud!

You know what's really nice...when what you're writing makes you happy. Anytime one of my characters takes or finds comfort in something, I know they are happy and that makes ME happy! Last night's installment did just that.
