OK, here is the master list,

Page 16 line 751 (click link below)

http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/9...

Or you can click on a memeber's avator and follow that to their Goodreads profile and scroll to their stories :)

Ok, I am out of here for the night. My tooth is starting to ache. I am so pathetic :)

Gwendolyn (drgwen) Dee wrote: "Like, like, if in a novel, a girl dresses and acts like a guy. She is just too cool.

However, when was the last heroic medieval novel that you have read...where the male (hero) dressed in a gown..."

They'd call it a transgender love story.

Dr. Gwen

In ALL novels, when a girl dresses like a boy, it is romantic. Especially when her love interest discovers that he is a she.

BUT...you never, ever see it the other way around.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish *nods in agreement* I'm so very glad you're here, Gwen!

Gwendolyn (drgwen) Pops in from Library, wipes DoDo spit off cats-suit with ShamWow

Thanks. It's nice to be here.

Looks at Dee Marie

I used to have a private practice. As an endocrinologist I've treated and been councillor to many transsexual patients, both FTM and MTF.

... and actually, it's no surprise that we don't see stories like that in literature.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish WOW! *hugs Dee* Thanks for the link, Dee. That is awesome! I'll be sure and check it out just as soon as Thaddeus explains what the heck he is up to now. I'm telling you, talk about a tormented soul!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Oh, look what I found! This might have already been posted here somewhere, but what the heck.

Harlequin is celebrating 60 years and is giving away 16 free downloadable books! I believe the offer lasts through the end of February, so if this strikes your fancy or you know someone else who might be interested, pass it along.

http://www.eharlequin.com/store.html?...

Click on the Download link and it will take you to another page with the 16 titles.

*slipping the key under the mat* Night, all!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Good morning!

*sets tray of cheese and crackers on counter*

Psssssst... Edward, come here *hugs Edward* My son is learning to play Bella's Lullaby, Edward... Of course, no one can play it the way you do *sighs*

Drinks are in the fridge and I put a couple Skinny Cows in the freezer. Have a terrific Tuesday, everyone.

*pops into UM's cubi*

Hey there girlfriend...what's up today?

Grabs a Skinny Cow out of the refrig (even though I have no idea what a SC is) and starts to...[lick?, eat?, drink?:] consume it :)

Yum-o :)

*Sits back and listens to Edward play Bella's lullaby on UM's piano*

Oh, I loved the revisions to your story. Made me cry :]

Very moviing :)

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Skinny Cow is a kind of lower fat, no sugar added icecream... they are very, very good! Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket
Enjoy!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Hmmm, no one ate the cheese. I'll make mac 'n cheese with it:) YummO!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Awww, thanks for the sweet comments about my story, Dee. I'll have some more for ya soon. Took a twist I wasn't expecting. Hope Thad straightens it out before it's too late!

Well you can always remind him that you are the writer of his tale...so he better behave. YOu are the director of the final cut :]

It has been a pure pleasure to be your unoffical editor :)

Andrea | 620 comments Hi UM, thanks for the yummy treats :)

Indeed, Dee. We've had a heart to heart and things are working out the way they should... or at least the way I need them to for the story to flow correctly ;)

And the pleasure, and the honor, has been mine!

*hugs Dee*

*jumps up and down with Andrea*

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish *grabs the key from under the mat*

Hey, thanks for stopping by, Dee and Andrea!

And thank you for the WTG's! I must say, I was rather happy with myself because the words just starting flowing. I hope today is as productive and that my flow doesn't get clogged!

*checks freezer to see what's needed* Wow, who ate all the Skinny Cow? Dee? They are good, aren't they? :)

Psssst, Edward... can ya come over here and help me, please!

Just put those cans in the fridge, the cookies and crackers on the bar and the magazines on that table over there. *points to the table just outside the cubi.*

Enjoy your day, everyone! :)

*hugs Edward* Thanks for your help, sweetness :)

Looking forward to the next chapter of your story :)

Outstanding word count!

I have another chapter to send you of AZK...tomorrow :)

message 78: by UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish (last edited Feb 27, 2009 04:43PM) (new)

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish *hugs Dee* I can't wait to read more!

I'm going to have my hubby proof read tonight, then will send you what I have done. The more proofing we do, the less YOU will have to do ;)

*blushing* Sorry, Edward...thought I got it all.

Dee Marie (dee_marie) | 3382 comments Mod
I do not mind reading your "fresh" writing. As long as you do not mind reading mine :]

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish It's an honor to read yours...seriously! But your fresh is so much...less fresh than mine :)

message 81: by Dee, Fan of the "Young Prose Society" (new)

Dee Marie (dee_marie) | 3382 comments Mod
Not really. My fresh can be a wee bit stinky at times :]

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish ROFL...check your mail in a bit...but don't make me wait too long for your comments, my fingernails can't take it!

message 83: by Dee, Fan of the "Young Prose Society" (new)

Dee Marie (dee_marie) | 3382 comments Mod
Actually my fresh tends to be too sweet. I really have to work at writing "mean." It's HARD!

Ok, I will check mail, but...if it is several pages long, it might have to wait until tomorrow morning.

I was up at 4am this morning, and I am fading fast!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Okie dokie, you got mail...

message 85: by Andrea (new)

Andrea | 620 comments Awesome word count UM :D

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Thank you, Andrea! I've never completed a whole chapter before...heck, I've never written a story before.

*hugs*

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Oh, Dee...there was quite a bit of sarcasm and mocking in my story...I'm hoping it comes across the way I wanted it to.

message 88: by Dee, Fan of the "Young Prose Society" (new)

Dee Marie (dee_marie) | 3382 comments Mod
I really liked your "two chapters" UM :)

Very nicely written...very professional!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Thanks! *hugs Dee* Seriously, I couldn't do it without your encouragment and help!

I sent Magdelyn to you, a real fast read. Just a couple minor addtions. :)

message 90: by Dee, Fan of the "Young Prose Society" (new)

Dee Marie (dee_marie) | 3382 comments Mod
I like the new additions. I can see Jesse saying that, and don't think it is giving too much away. I personally am a big fan of foreshadowing :]

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Dee, chapters 1 and 2 re-revised are in your mail now.

*sigh* Meg and I are watching Return of the King.

Aragorn: "You bow to no one."

*sigh* So many people of greatness in those books and movies...so many.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish *more sighs*

Frodo: "We set out to save the shire, and it has been saved...but not for me."

*little tears*

I hope you get to soon... some of the stories out there are amazing. Like Forever. And... a million others.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Thank you, Rayna and Tink...sadly, I haven't had a chance to check them yet...finally got Thaddeus out of his more-tormented-than-Edward mood. :) Now I get to cook dinner.

Plus, as much as I LOVE LOTR, after I watch them I feel sad, because I wish there were really people like Frodo and Sam and Aragorn and .... all of them are heroes to me...I wish there were more heroes in the world.

You Scored as Still Doll

Just like the anime closing song sung in soft Japanese, you are sad, but spunky. And when they try to open your heart, you still do not answer.
