Okay, it's not exactly a giveaway, but it still gets you free stuff with a minimum of work!

There is an ongoing contest taking place at the Hidden In Plain Sight Ranch (http://hiddeninplainsightranch.tumblr...), a character-written blog. One of these characters has been hiding secret codes in almost all of the posts made to date: the only exceptions being posts with quotes. The challenge is for visitors to the blog (so you have to visit if you want to enter!).

Here's how it works:

1) Look at a post and find its secret message.
2) Post the decoded message as a private message on Twitter @Desert_Coyote13. Be sure to include in your message the sequence of the posting the message is hidden in.

If the message is correct, two things will happen. One, a "hacked" post will appear on the blog confirming the coded message found. Two, you'll win a free Smashwords edition of a randomly-chosen Phantom Squadron novel (The Advance Guard, Dinétah Dragon, or The Insurgent's Journal).

Here's the big bonus: If a single Twitter user is able to crack the coded messages in any four (4) blog posts, that user will win a signed paperback collection of all three Phantom Squadron books, plus a voucher for a signed copy of the fourth book, Infernal Eighteen, when it is released in February.
