Combine editions

Hello, I've just created listings for the new ebook and print editions of my 3/21/13 novel Fixer. Edition #'s are

e-book: 978-1-61213-148-1

paperback: 978-1-61213-147-4

Can the two editions be combined?

What am I doing wrong that when I try to add a new edition, it always remains a stand alone and requires your help?
