Across the Universe question

I thought it was awesome! it does drag in some parts, but totally worth it, I liked the 2nd one better, so read the first one, so you can read the 2nd, and then you will be going nuts waiting for #3 :)

NOOOO this book was terrible. so boring. all she does is run around this big spaceship trying not to get raped. and the mystery is ovbi. i knew who did it from the start...yes i'm still gonna read the 3rd book, but it still sucks. i just dont give up on series.

This is one of the best book series of all time! READ IT!!!!! Definitely a worthwhile book, definitely.

I didn't really care for this book. It was ok, but once I was done reading it I felt like it was a waste of my time that could have been spent reading something else. I would say give this book a try and if you don't care for it don't continue with the series.

Definitely, I thought it was really good. I had gone into it hearing it was a little slow, but I read it in two days, so the slight slowness of the plot wasn't a problem.

There are some parts that might be considered inappropriate. I wasn't bothered by them, but I think I'm extremely easy-going, and not easily offended.

I was fueled by curiosity in the first, frustration in the second, don't know what to expect from the third but I'm not liking the cover. It looks like a plant vomited all over it.

I loved the opening - it was incredibly dynamic and exciting. It got slower after the opening, and some of the choices for plot were odd to me (see above comments re: the MC running around a lot trying to avoid abuse) but it was still an enjoyable read, enough so that I'll continue on with the next ones.
