Tyler Leigh | 20 comments Dirty is not the typical type of book I read, but I did like it. It was an easy read and had more depth than I normally see in erotic romance. I could understand the frustrations of both characters, and enjoyed connecting with them. I'm not sure if I would re-read it, but it was just what I needed right now.

Melissa I'm skipping Dirty until i can get it in the mail... Just finished The Princess Bride.

Once I got over the "duh" factor of realizing that S Morgenster was a fictional character that Goldman made up and that this wasn't really an abridged copy but the actual book I really got to where I enjoyed it. The way he wrote about the abridgment and "changes" kinda threw me off some.

Since i loved the movie I liked that the movie so closely resembled the book and really the only parts that were different were the extra stuff that wasn't in the movie like where some of the characters came from.

Melissa Just finished Eve & Adam, I liked the book. I really liked the concept of making a boy and I wish that it had went a little deeper into that than this book did.

But I loved reading it. I read it in one night as once I started reading it I was pretty quickly engrossed in it.

Melissa Finally got Dirty in the mail! I really enjoyed it and it was a lot more than I expected it to be! From reading the description I was expecting a pretty light erotic read but it was way more than that!

Good pick!

Melissa Just finishes Mr. Penumbra's 24 Hour Bookstore.

I thought this was a bit of an odd book through most of it, but by the end I found myself enjoying it. Oddly enough I didn't realize I was reading a quest book until about half way through. I thought it had a great ending and a nice message to end the quest with.

Melissa I skipped through the list to The Fault in Our Starsbecause I had it to read for another group this month. I really enjoyed it. I was involved in the story as soon as I started reading it and it took me no time to actually finish the book.

I see a lot of reviewers who didn't like the dialog in the book because they said they talked to grown up for teenagers but I think you do sometimes get teenagers that are and do think and speak the way these kids do so I didn't have a problem with it.

It is the only one I have ever read, I'll have to check out some of his others.

Melissa I just finished The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry. Overall I enjoyed it but I don't think I would want to read it again. For nothing much actually happening throughout the whole book I was suprised that I enjoyed it, I usually prefer books with more active action.

Melissa Just reread Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, I think it is an entertaining, slightly creepy book that works well for younger audiences and older both. I really like the authors use of pictures.

I added this to my TBR list, it sounds like one I would like.

Melissa Life of Pi by Yann Martel

I kept hoping that the tiger would eat him. That pretty much sums up my feelings about this book.

So... moving on to one of the other's now.
