How many times have you purchased a bread book or ebook and tried their recipes at home only to be disappointed with the end results? Some of these recipes are impossible or hard to follow. Others yield awful products, with bad texture, ugly color or even worse, bad taste, despite following their recipes and instructions word by word..
Well, I have. Not once, but a couple of times. That's why I decided to write an ebook after I gained sufficient knowledge and skills to bake decent bread in my own home. I try to make this book as simple and as easy-to-follow as possible, complete with step-by-step guide on how to make, shape and bake a bread plus 30+ original photo illustrations. Most of the recipes in this ebook are derived from the handbooks of food science and technology classes and bread baking courses which have been modified to make them even more easier. You don't need any technical know-how, expertise, skills or experience to bake my bread recipes. It's all very easy and practical, yet tasty and healthy. You don't even need a scale!
This ebook is now available in Amazon.com under the title "Super Easy Bread Recipes with Less Kneading" (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A1Z3NVM). You can read the excerpt (in PDF format) in the following link: http://kanal-penerjemah.web.id/blog/f.... If you would like to review the ebook, I can send the complete version in PDF format via email. Thanks in advance!
