message 13: by Andrea (new)

Andrea | 620 comments Great job! I'd love to read the poem :)

message 14: by Margaret (new)

Margaret | 19 comments thanks. It kind of needs editing because for about the first, oh, 4 lines of the poem, I didn't know where it was going...:)

Best Friends Forever
So then he said to her, “Wake up! Is this foul joke the stuff you imagine?”
So then she said to him, “Why do you curse me with this terrible chagrin?”
And none got their questions put to rest
Maybe neither knew of the test
Because when you want to be “BFFs” with each other
You should never start a joke with “yo’ mother”
But both Sally and Tom failed to pass the exam
Mostly because yo’ mom's a joke. Bam!

OMG, you really must forewarn your readers with the following Note:

{Do NOT Drink anything while read the following}

I just spit my coffee all over my keyboard from laughing so hard, after reading the following line:

Because when you want to be “BFFs” with each other
You should never start a joke with “yo’ mother”
