Trouble adding book covers

This is the first time I've had a problem, but from two different browsers I have tried to add a book cover and the image doesn't come through. It ends up being a broken image. The two images I'm adding are from the same publisher so the problem may be with their images...just wondering if someone knows some restrictions I'm not aware of.

First book:

I tried and was successful, covers uploaded :)

EDIT: Or wait, am I? In one browser I am able to see the covers but its broken in another, maybe some problem with my local cache. Please verify once.
