The Evolution of Mara Dyer question

I love TMI but realllllyyyyy don't want to read this book. i heard something about mental institutions and i automatically stopped reading the blurb. THEY FREAKIN' CREEP ME OUT! I'd love for someone to change my mind. and if anyone says that this resembles TMI in the slightest, i'll have it ordered to my place immediately!

Okay...I looked long and hard for the TMI allusion, and I can't find it anywhere!! I'm a die hard fan too, and I just don't get where it could be. I'll keep looking though because now it's bothering me lol.

What's a TMI?

I read the book looking for this allusion, knowing there was one, and the only one i could really think of was when Mara read Noah's notebook and he said he was looking through his mothers things, and that he was reading her books. He said "Can you really know someone thought the words they loved", or something like that. I believe Jace thought something along these lines when looking through Stephen's box of letters and things, and Will said something almost exactly that in Clockwork Prince about Tessa's letter's, the ones she wrote when she was with the Dark Sisters.

Hope that helps, i could be wrong though.

"You're a lying liar who lies" is a line, present both in TMI and the Mara Dyer series.
