Publishers are legitimate sources for covers. The Univ. of Minnesota Press is a publisher as well as a bookseller, as many publishers are. For example you can go to penguin.com and purchase books directly from them, although they are a publisher.

You're welcome. The Librarian Manual is actually a little confusing on the issue, as it says publishers are fine for cover images but doesn't mention that many publishers are also booksellers.

Yes! I knew publishers were a reliable source but I just assumed that anywhere selling books wasn't a good source because of the whole amazon/booksellers issue. :)

hi, this book needs a cover. There's been a couple problems entering it on goodreads and somehow the cover didn't get uploaded. It also needs to be merged with the other edition of the same name.
