My ex has been Spying on me on-line: Is this common?

She actually friended TWO of my exes on facebook.
Then she conspired with them until she got enouhg information to come up with tactics on how to control me.
She set up these situations and converations that took advantage of my weak spots, finding things that will make me feel guilty, so that she could manipulate me!

I mean of all the coniving, dishonest and triffling bullshit things to do!

Is this shit common now days? Is this what living inthe age of information has come to? Everytime you meet someone new now its gonna be like you have to think of them as an employer who is gonna creep around on the internet looking for dirt on you!

I wouldn't think it was common. I certainly wouldn't do it but she must be very insecure or very hurt in the past and there's obviously a trust issue (in her mind). I personally don't think I could be with a person like this but that's just me!!
