In Charm's Way question

I really hate it when the authors suddenly go missing. It happened with nina harper too, her 3rd book was to be released in 2009 and I havent heard anything about it yet. I would eve appreciate a small note saying there wont be other books by that author, even if they dont say why.

I requested this book from the library. I got a letter from the library two weeks ago saying there was no date for publication any time soon and they were removing my reserve. I'm really disappointed because I love this series. I hope the author is ok, but I would think someone would update us on this. If anything, the publishing company should post something.

I actually read about this on her blog a few months ago. She stated that her publisher posted in as 2025 because she couldn't meet any of her deadlines. She felt she was being rushed and couldn't bring herself to write anymore anytime soon. That date of 2025 was suppose to inspire her or something. I too really enjoy this series. I stumbled upon it by mistake and bought the first book at this second hand book warehouse and got it for 50 cents. Needless to say I kept up with it and now anticipating #8. She's a big hippie and flighty so i wouldn't keep your hopes up unfortunately. :( hope that helps!

The description of the book has been updated to read "...may not be released at all." Anyone know why?

In Charms Way is supposed to be available in June 2014, I pre-ordered it from Books-a-Million. The site lists Penguin as the publisher.

Thanks for the update but I'll believe it when I see the book. Last time I pre-ordered from BAM, the credit card I used required a new date.

Darn it. Really disappointed in Alt. Fell in love with this series and hate to think that it will never be finished. Guess I'll just have to dream up my own ending. Shame on you Alt, you've let your readers down.

Has there been any update on whether this book will be released or not?
