I very much anticipated the release of this book. I have read much of an online version and can't wait to get a print copy. It is about defense mechanisms. I plan to discuss in more depth once my blog post goes live(possibly not until December). I have gained more self-awareness and understanding of others from reading the book. I have been following Dr. Burgo's blog for over a year. He can be very poignant. I think one of the reasons that I respect him so much is that he does not seem judgmental of his patients in the way the untrained may be. He has done great with with those with boderline personality, which is one of the hardest populations to work with according to what I have read.

For those who purchase the book, Dr. Burgo has a forum that one can register for that I believe will do the book one chapter at a time. And he has a link to his first chapter or so for those who want to read it online prior to purchase.
