The Big Exit book cover is wrong

Can someone please help change the cover for my book, The Big Exit. This was a stand-in cover. The book was never published with this cover. Also, Goodreads has versions in its database that have a different title for the book ("The Two Sinatras)". The book was never published under that title. Basically, the whole thing needs to be cleaned up.

Here is a link to the book on Amazon. These are the correct versions with the correct description and cover. Again, the book WAS NEVER PUBLISHED with that cover (or the title "The Two Siantras"). I would greatly appreciate it if the book was correctly displayed.

OK, check and make sure this is right. I've added the Kindle edition since that was on the same FF website. We can't use Amazon as a source for info. Sorry. However, I had a question about the audio versions that are 'The Two Sinatras'. I've searched the ISBNs listed and they don't show up on any 'accepted' sites but in booksellers and Amazon. If they are going to come out, some people put them in the system before they are actually for sale or printed. Are they a never have been/never will be. I'm trying to decided why they have ISBNs if not and will get back when I get more info.

Thanks, Caro. That cover Is now correct. The Two Sinatras never will be, so please remove if possible. The Big Exit does have audio versions, however. Again, thanks for your help.
