Altair is one of my absolute favorite characters, awesome choice! I think the armor-and-a-cloak idea for the Guardian is great; it looks good, and it's tough!

Lex, about the 'should we just have the portals sitting in fixed locations in each worlds, or should we give our characters some sort of item or ability to open their own portals...' question, I think having an item would be best. They would have to learn how to use an ability, and it might take days or even weeks to reach a portal if they're in a certain location, in some situations. I'm a little biased, though, as I already used the Dragon Tear in my story for world-jumping... Does that make sense?
Well, the problem with the items idea would be getting to the Nexus in the first place, if The Guardian distributed the portal-makers, so... Portals do sound like a better idea. There would have to be a lot of them, but I think we could manage that, right?

You need to have at least one topic in a folder for it to show up in the group home. If you make a topic, you should be able to put it in there.I think that's the problem, because I just looked for the 'epic times' folder and it was there...

I thought about sharing this but not sure where to put it so perhaps suggestions was the best place. I have enrolled in a free online course for writing at Corsea and wanted to share it here if anyone else wanted to join. I never miss an opportunity to enrol in anything free like this even if it is basic, some skills can't be honed enough :)
