Félix (habitseven) Clone or clown? OK, I'll read the piece.

Yes Larry your clown will have its own soul.

I will presume that a clone will have its own life experiences to draw on and make conclusions from that it may look like the person, but will probably be different in so many ways.

Félix (habitseven) Epigenetics is a very interesting field of study. They've determined that life experiences can actually make a difference in the descendants of individuals. They've determined the mechanism for this, too.

It seems to me that Epigenetics is basically how man evolved, by keeping the DNA constant but changing characteristics through activation or suppression "switches" in the DNA, so I could see how ones life experiences may get passed down through descendants. I may have to read up more on this.

For the record this is my take on it, not scientific by any means.
