A good story with some believable characters. I guessed the end but don't know why since the evidence was scarce. But an intriguing book that you'll want to read in one sitting.
The editing, however, is terrible!! Poor grammar, misspellings - even in the characters' established names - and punctuation problems on nearly every page! Surely the publisher can afford to hire a decent editor.
All the best to Ms Skidmore, however - your books are enchanting.
