Do you own/have in hand these books, with that exact ISBN?

Worldcat lists 304 pages for Stranger on the Road to Emmaus, and 418 pages for Not in the Heart.

ETA: Deeper than the Dead has been updated.

I do have both of the books with the exact ISBN.

I wasn't sure if they normally listed the page numbers for an appendix or Reading study guide as part of the book. If they do then yes,

Stranger on the Road to Emmaus does have 304 pages and
Not in the Heart has 418 pages (not 432).
